NOTICE OF LEASE

In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 183, Section 4, notice is hereby given of the following described lease:

Lessor: Community Land Trust in the Southern Berkshires, Inc., a Massachusetts non-profit corporation having its principal office at 140 Jug End Road, South Egremont, Massachusetts.

Description

Being a lease on a 16.69 acre residential and farm site owned by the Lessor in the town of Egremont, County of Berkshire, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as shown on the copy of the "Land Use Plan in Egremont, Massachusetts prepared for: The Community Land Trust in the Southern Berkshires, Inc." by Accord Engineering and Surveying, Inc., dated June 7, 1999 attached hereto. The property was acquired by the Lessor by deed recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, in Book ______, Page _____, a copy of the description of same property being attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Said Lease consists of the Lease Agreement, Addendum to Lease Agreement, Land Use Plan dated ________, 2____, Land Management Plan, NOFA Massachusetts Organic Certification Program standards published by the Northeast Organic Farming Association/Massachusetts Chapter, Inc. on ________, 2____, Conservation Restriction running to The Nature Conservancy, and "Plan of Land" surveyed for The Nature Conservancy and dated ________, 2____ which details the restricted area.

A copy of the conveyance to Lessees of ownership of the buildings and improvements on said premises is also attached hereto.

Rights of Extension or Renewal: Lessees have the option to renew.
